I bring ideas, stories & people together.

Hi, I’m Wiktoria — Wik or Vicky. I create websites and marketing for festivals, workshops and personal-development brands, and I offer one-on-one mentoring for people ready for their next courageous step.

About me

A strategic mind, a curious heart.

I bring structure and sensitivity together: the side that helps projects communicate clearly, and the human side that makes them feel alive.

I studied business psychology and communication, worked as an HR Business Partner in IT consulting, and gradually moved toward marketing, websites, events and creative projects. Today I work mostly with brands and festivals focused on personal development.

My own growth has been my greatest school — tantra, shamanism, natural medicines, coaching and mentoring, many festivals, workshops and retreats, time in India learning Ayurveda, and a deep connection to South American cultures. I keep reading, learning and exploring, and this path shapes everything I create.

I don’t believe every part of us needs to fit into one professional title. I’d rather build work that leaves room for the whole person.

Work with me

Two ways to begin.

Whether it’s about you or about your project — the first step is a simple message.

For you

One-on-one: find your spark

A space for reflection, courage and self-expression — grounded in my own path through tantra, shamanism, coaching, mentoring, movement and travel. For you if you:

  • are facing a courageous decision or next step
  • feel disconnected from your spark or direction
  • want to reconnect with yourself and grow
  • are a dancer who wants to express yourself more freely

Dance

Where words end, movement begins.

I’m a very creative person, full of ideas for choreographies. I create my own, take part in others’ and keep taking classes — constantly developing both my expression and my technique. My main focus right now is Brazilian Zouk.
